This Privacy Policy describes how fal - Features & Labels Inc. ("fal," "we," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you access or use our website, https://fal.ai/ and other online products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our "Services") and when you otherwise interact with us such as through our customer support channels.

fal's primary business offering is an AI-powered generative media platform for developers to integrate into their applications, though we also offer a version of our platform directly to individuals through our Services. If you are an enterprise user of the Services, and your use is governed by an enterprise contract, we handle your personal information as a service provider (sometimes called a "processor") on behalf of the enterprise customer. Personal information processed on behalf of our enterprise customers is therefore not subject to this Privacy Policy. If you are an enterprise user of our Services, please contact the enterprise customer who has provided you with access to our Services.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes, we will provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to the Services or sending you a notification). Information We Collect from Other Sources

We obtain information from other sources. For example, we collect information from our payment processor. This information includes your name, last 4 digits of your credit card or account number, credit card provider or bank name, billing address, and IP address.

Additionally, when you create or log into your fal account through a third-party platform (such as GitHub), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, email address, GitHub account user ID, and any other information the third-party platform discloses about you, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.

Information We Derive

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may infer your approximate location based on your IP address.

USE OF INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. We also use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your orders;

We engage others to provide analytics services, serve advertisements, and perform related services such as advertising fal to you on third-party sites and services. To do this, fal and these partners may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and mobile apps, including your IP address, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, order information, and conversion information. • Other Users of the Services. If you are a member of a Team Account, other members of the Team Account may view billing information, API keys, and AI model requests (including any input and output data) associated with the Team Account.

We disclose personal information in response to a request for information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
• To Protect the Rights of fal and Others. We may disclose personal information if we believe that your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of fal, our users, the public, or others.
• Professional Advisors. We disclose personal information to our legal, financial, insurance, and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests.

fal is based in the United States and we and our service providers process and store personal information on servers located in the United States and other countries.
