Do I need a fal account?
Yes. Sign in with your fal account after you install the Photoshop plugin. Model runs are billed to that account.
How do I install the Photoshop plugin?
Download the CCX file, open it with Adobe Creative Cloud and follow the install prompts. Open Photoshop, then find fal in the Plugins menu. Photoshop 26.1 or newer is required.
Do I need Photoshop developer mode?
No. The CCX installer opens in Adobe Creative Cloud. Developer mode is only for loading an unpackaged extension during development.
Is the plugin free?
Installing fal for Photoshop is free. You pay for the model runs you start, at fal's standard model pricing. Any Photoshop subscription is separate.
