Download one file
Open an asset and choose Download from its available actions. The download saves the media file. It does not create a package of the generation prompt, model settings, or related assets.Download a selection
Choose Select in the library. Select the media you need. Choose Download in the selection toolbar. Multiple files are collected into a ZIP. Keep the page open while the archive is prepared. If a large download fails, try smaller selections.Download a shared collection’s media
Open the collection’s share link. Download an available asset or select several files. Shared-collection ZIP downloads support up to 100 assets and 100 MiB per archive. Downloads require the share to remain accessible. If access expires or is revoked, reopen a current link from the owner. See Sharing collections for recipient permissions.If a download fails
- Check that the asset is still available and has not expired.
- Try a smaller selection to isolate an unavailable file.
- If using a share, check that you are signed in as an allowed recipient and that the link is still valid.
- Follow the displayed error and retry failed downloads.
