Researcher in Residence (3-Month Role)

Role Overview:

• As a Researcher in Residence, you will spend three months immersed in cutting-edge AI research and development. You will have the opportunity to work with our massive GPU cluster, collaborate with our talented team, and contribute to real-world applications impacting millions of users. While in-person in San Francisco is preferred, remote work from anywhere in the world is also an option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on advanced machine learning models, particularly in computer vision.
• Develop and fine-tune models using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to integrate research findings into our platform.
• Contribute to open-source projects and share your findings with the broader AI community.

What We're Looking For:

• Academic background (Masters or PhD) in a related field, or equivalent self-taught expertise with a strong portfolio of open-source contributions.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch, and other relevant AI frameworks.
• A passion for AI and the ability to stay updated with the latest research and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
