# Downloading assets

> Download one asset or export selected media as a ZIP.

## Download one file

Open an asset and choose **Download** from its available actions. The download saves the media file. It does not create a package of the generation prompt, model settings, or related assets.

## Download a selection

Choose **Select** in the library. Select the media you need. Choose **Download** in the selection toolbar. Multiple files are collected into a ZIP.

Keep the page open while the archive is prepared. If a large download fails, try smaller selections.

## Download a shared collection's media

Open the collection's share link. Download an available asset or select several files. Shared-collection ZIP downloads support up to **100 assets** and **100 MiB** per archive. Downloads require the share to remain accessible. If access expires or is revoked, reopen a current link from the owner.

## If a download fails

* Check that the asset is still available and has not expired.
* Try a smaller selection to isolate an unavailable file.
* If using a share, check that you are signed in as an allowed recipient and that the link is still valid.
* Follow the displayed error and retry failed downloads.
